Mixed-Use Complex in Abu Dhabi

Project Brief
A façade inspection was conducted for a large mixed-use complex in the Corniche area of Abu Dhabi. The complex includes a residential tower with apartments and penthouses, a commercial/office tower, a shopping mall, and a hotel. The tallest tower reaches 381 meters in height.
The inspection focused on the building façade to determine the causes of air infiltration, with particular attention to areas around slab levels and connections susceptible to thermal bridging. A comprehensive assessment was carried out to document façade conditions and provide a detailed record to guide technical evaluation and corrective measures.
