Mixed-Use Tower in Dubai
[Project Details]
Project Brief
We conducted a façade inspection for a 235-meter mixed-use high-rise tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, completed in 2010. The building comprises offices, residences, penthouses, retail spaces, and parking facilities.
The inspection focused on key sections of the building façade, including glass panels and sealant systems, with particular attention to areas most prone to wear and deterioration. A comprehensive assessment was carried out to document the façade conditions and create a clear record for technical evaluation and future maintenance planning.
