Project Brief

A façade inspection was conducted for a 46-floor tower adjacent to DIFC on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. The building includes commercial units on the first 19 levels and residential apartments on the remaining floors.

The inspection focused on the external façade to identify potential water leakage hazards, with particular attention to joints and aluminium composite cladding. A comprehensive assessment was carried out to document the façade conditions and provide a clear record to guide technical evaluation and corrective action planning.

The aluminium cladding return at the lower level presented a risk of water leakage.
